For refunds or exchanges, we MUST be contacted first! Do not take it upon yourself to send the item(s) back, or you will void any and all return / exchange rights.
Returns / Exchanges: If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase from Bub's Dog Beds, simply return the item(s) to us unused within 30 days after receipt for an exchange or store credit. Remember to contact us first for approval.
NOTE: All refund requests will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Exchange Exception:
Sorry we cannot accept returns / exchanges on custom made items, special order items, pet beds or furniture unless otherwise specified in the item description. If the product you purchase comes with warranty, please contact us for information.
All store credits will expire one year from the issue date. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges. Our apologies, but we do not accept COD returns. All refund requests will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

For returns or exchanges, we suggest the package is sent with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING A PET CLOTHING ITEM, IT MUST BE
COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY PET HAIR. If it is otherwise we will not process the exchange. If we find that the item or items are not re-salable, we can ship them back to you at your cost.
